My name is David Chavez and I work as a Residential Loan Officer for Mountain West Bank in Spokane Valley. I have lived in Spokane my entire life and graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Whitworth College and a MBA from Eastern Washington University. I have found real estate lending to be the perfect blend of numbers and business.
Over the last 5 years I have bought my first home, my first investment property, bought 2 homes to restore and sell, and accumulated several other rentals. Because I know how unnerving the process can be, my goal is to alleviate that stress. Buying homes and working with people in this industry should be fun. Fun to me means a smooth, seamless transaction. No surprises!
